Not exactly sure why it is so hard to get the boys to smile after they worked so hard to get these awards... I was tempted to goose him just to get an expression. Oh, well. Next stop Eagle Scout. James has earned a total of 18 merit badges and has given over 12 hours of service and helped train another scout toward advancement. He should be smiling.
