This year, my sister and I exchanged project kits that we selected and assembled. The packages came with plenty of time to craft for Thanksgiving. 

I loved the Thanksgiving theme. 

I loved creating this, knowing that at the same time, my sister too, was creating projects I chose for her.

Aren't they cute.

Let's do this again, next year.

James's Graduation Quilt

Have to get this put together for the quilter. My intention is for James to have this by his birthday. Oct 8 is not too far away.

James has a preference for solid colors. His one requirement was for this quilt to be big enough to cover all of him when laying down with his arms spread open like the letter T. This quilt measures 80" square.

Rag Quilt

Here is the quilt before washing. The shirting fabrics and jeans make a durable quilt. The quilt as you go method means that its done once it is assembled.

The denim came from my Dad's work pants.
